So happy that we were able to stop here.  It was a quick trip but worth the extra drive.  

We were there August 4-6 at Acient Cedars RV park.  We had a wonderful view of Mesa Verde during the day and because it is a "dark sky" park the stars and night sky were amazing.  

We were only able to spend one day there that we will HAVE to go back.   We hiked but mostly drove.  It is a huge National Park like most but very spread out.   We had a great day and saw so much.
